Lucy has over 30 years of experience working in people development starting her career in Human Resources management and qualifying as a Psychotherapist and Counsellor in 2014. She holds a Masters’ degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and certification as a Solution Focused Brief Therapy practitioner.
She is an experienced psychotherapist, counsellor and executive coach. She is an Accredited Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and is the clinical supervisor and Designated Safeguarding Lead for the national charity, Teenage Helpline. She is a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and development and licensed to use a range of psychometric tools.
Counselling & Psychotherapy
Lucy offers 1:1 counselling & psychotherapy to clients from aged 13 upwards in her Surrey private practice. She has extensive experience counselling young people in educational and charitable settings having worked in the following organisations:

- Epsom Downs Family Centre
- Godalming 6th Form College
- Farnborough College of Technology
She offers clinical supervision and is currently completing certification with the Metanoia Institute, London. In addition to offering clinical supervision in private practice she works in a voluntary capacity as the clinical supervisor for Teenage Helpline.
Executive Coaching
Lucy has designed, developed and delivered valued executive coaching programmes in the UK and internationally and works as an Associate of Primeast, a specialist provider in training and leadership development.
Mental Health Training
Lucy is a qualified with Mental Health England as a Mental Health First Aider and delivers mental health training to corporations committed to deducing sigma and increasing awareness of mental health concerns in the workplace.
